In this episode I speak a recent Prosthodontics residency graduate Dr Ezra Merritt DDS. Dr Merritt finished his 3 year residency training at Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda MD. As a 6-year active duty dental officer he is holds the rank of Lt Commander in the Navy. Dr Merritt completed a GPR after graduating from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr Merritt discusses his residency application process, the hardest part about the residency, what he likes best about his specialty training, what he would do differently both as an applicant and 1st year resident, and advice for those applying to and/or starting the Prosthodontic residency.
