DONT BE SCARED @NewDentistCoach
Fear can be immobilizing.
Fear can be restricting.
Fear can cause missed opportunities.
Fear can be a success-killer
Also, FEAR can be FALSE :
F alse
E vidence
A ppearing
R real
So, don’t be fooled by fear because it isn’t true. Its simply a sign that indicates you are doing whats needed to move in the right direction to achieve that which must or should be done to get YOUR result.
Handle fear by taking these 2 actions:
1- First: Do the thing that you are most fearful of OR for the thing that makes you “afraid” FIRST.
2- DO IT Not Now but RIGHT NOW!!!! Do it FAST…dont take time and “think about it”, instead do that thing FAST. This action takes “TIME” out of the equation. TIME is FEAR’s top food on the menu item. Fear uses time to make things worse and makes you less able to confront the thing that must be done.
For New Dentist this fear is often in the decision to do a residency training program or not. What are most #NewDentists Fearful of???
Money, or its flip side…..DEBT!!!!
High student DEBT is killing many new dentist’s ability to make the right decisions.
Some think that a 1 or 2 year residency is a waste of time and money mainly because of the “Student Loans and High Educational Debt”. Some think “I can make more money in private practice than in residency”. Yes but,…..
WRONG thinking guys.
Take time out of the equation so you make the correct decision, which is DO A POSTGRAD RESIDENCY. Why??? See my next upcoming video presentation entitled:
” Ready, Set, Graduate! And Do A GPR: 9 Reasons Why A Post Grad Dental Residency is NOT Optional”
