OHLDP Phase 1 Grads
Today is day 2 of phase 2 of our first annual oral health leadership development program. This program is for residents only. It is part of HRSA Grant that promotes interprofessional education and interdisciplinary training between primary care and oral health.
Another component is the training of New Dentists and Residents to provide them the interpersonal and professional skills in leadership and advocacy necessary to be successful providers and leaders within the professional, most specifically in the underserved communities in need of oral health providers.
